I got a lot of vegetables two days ago hoping I could have at least one meal at home this weekend, but didn’t get around to do any cooking nor baking since friday. To make up for it, I went crazy tonight. Couscous and Gâteau au Yaourt with blueberries is what’s on the menu : )
The thing about couscous is that it’s really easy to make, it just takes a lot of time because you have to start cooking the vegetables all separately, in batches. But with harissa sauce and raisins, good background music and some sunshine, it gives you a lot of satisfaction when your kitchen is smelling like cloves at the end. Food makes me very happy.
